GOFC academy is the heartbeat of our club and serves male and female players aged from 13 years old to 23 years old.
Our aim is to “notch, Inspire and train professional footballers. At GOFC we provides pathways for players, with a passion for football, wishing to play competitively . We are committed in developing grassroots footballer in Ghana and across Africa. With a special focus on nurturing young individuals exhibiting exceptional potential beyond traditional academic realms, thereby fostering success in diverse professional arenas.
We conduct monthly scouting trips in Ghana and across West Africa to discover promising football players. Utilizing thorough research and a network of scouts, we aim to uncover hidden talents in various locations, including tournaments, villages, and informal play settings
The program emphasizes the importance of daily practice alongside theoretical training to equip players for the demands of professional gameplay. A strategic approach is taken to skill development, enabling each player to reach their full potential.
GOFC aims to provide footballers with optimal support for their personal and professional growth by offering fully sponsored meals, accommodation, and education. Additionally, classrooms facilitate supplementary language classes and cultural workshops to prepare them for living abroad.
GOFC offers a unique travel experience for its Academy team, focusing on team bonding and international exposure for players. The program includes tailored coaching sessions with international coaches, using advanced equipment and techniques, and opportunities for workshops and activities. Players will train and compete in state-of-the-art facilities and have the chance to play friendly matches against prominent clubs, helping to showcase and market their talent during the tour.
